Please read these before booking a court. By making a booking you accept them.

Booking & payment

Courts are booked through Playtomic, either on this page or in the Playtomic app. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Playtomic's secure payment provider.
A booking is for the court shown, for the slot booked. Please check the date, time and court before you confirm.
Please arrive on time. Your slot ends at the booked finish time whether or not you started late, so that the next players can take the court.
Booking confirmations are sent by email from Playtomic. Please check your junk folder if a confirmation does not arrive.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, for example for maintenance or weather. You will be notified and issued a full refund.

Cancellations and amendments are made through Playtomic up to 24 hours before the start of your slot and are refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your slot are not refunded.
Courts are outdoors and play continues in light rain. If we close the courts because of the weather or a safety concern, your booking is refunded in full.

Please wear appropriate non-marking sports footwear and use padel rackets and balls. Rackets are available to hire on site.
No glass, food or chewing gum on court. Only water in closed containers may be taken onto the court.
Please respect other players: keep noise reasonable, leave the court promptly at the end of your slot and take your belongings and rubbish with you.
Please report any damage to the courts, nets, glass or lighting to a member of staff or by email as soon as you notice it. Damage caused deliberately or through misuse will be charged to the person who made the booking.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times, on and off the court.

Annual membership benefits, including discounted court bookings and priority access to peak slots, apply only while the membership is active and are applied through Playtomic at the time of booking.
Memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable. They cannot be used to book courts for other people's games.
Membership fees are not refundable except where required by law.

Padel is a physical sport and you play at your own risk. Please make sure you are fit to play and warm up before you start.
We do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered while using the courts or the surrounding grounds, except where it is caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.
Vehicles and belongings are left in the car park and around the courts at the owner's risk.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking, and to ask anyone to leave the courts, where these terms are not followed, where behaviour is abusive or dangerous, or where the courts are being misused. No refund is given in these cases.
Repeated breaches of these terms may result in future bookings being declined.
