Wildlife conservation is woven through everything we do on the Estate. From hedgerows to headlands, from new woodland to ancient watercourses, we have spent decades building a landscape that is richer in wildlife than the one we inherited. In the last decade 15,000 trees and over 12 kilometres of new hedgerows have been established and we plan to improve on this over the coming decade.

Trumpington Farm Company Ltd was formed in 1957 - bringing together generations of experience on the Estate. We are now custodians of approximately 8,000 acres including land from the original estate and tenancies with several Cambridge Colleges alongside the University arable portfolio. We carefully integrate crop rotation with livestock, fenland and woodland management to build a wildlife-rich environment in the natural landscape Whether you are looking for a full contract farming arrangement, partial services such as drilling, spraying or harvest, or one-off specialist operations, our team can help.

Our residential portfolio spans the villages around the southern edge of Cambridge, period cottages, farmhouses, apartments and family homes. Most of our homes sit within the heart of the estate at Trumpington and Grantchester, walking distance from village pubs and primary schools, a short drive from Cambridge city centre, Addenbrooke's, and the M11. Many enjoy direct access to the more than twelve kilometres of public footpaths and permissive routes that thread through the Estate.

For generations, the Pemberton family and The Trumpington Group have helped shape the southern edge of Cambridge. Today, we work in partnership with leading developers, institutions and local authorities on schemes that will define the next chapter of the city's growth. Our role is custodial, not transactional. We bring deep local knowledge and a long-term view. Every scheme we put our name to has to do more than build homes or offices, it has to leave the landscape and community better than it found it.
